Ministry

The St. Paul's United Church believes that God calls peoples of all races, ethnicities, abilities, orientations and gender to ministry.

The congregation of St. Paul's United Church is a community of all ages and stages of life, with different and unique gifts.  We have a ministry of hospitality.  We find God with one another, sharing stories and struggles over the kitchen sink or a pot of tea.  Our faith is lived in action and in loving deeds.  We are people on a journey that is never finished.  Our doors are open and welcoming to all.

Susan Tilleman is our new minister and she can be reached at her office hours on Wednesday when she is in the Church office or by calling the office at 204-268-2893 or by email of stpaulsuc@mymts.net.

Beausejour

St. Paul's United Church

My name is Susan Gay Tilleman. I am a diaconal minister who graduated from “The Center of Christian Studies” in the year 2000. Being a diaconal minister simply means that my education happened in a different way than that of an ordained minister. My most fond gifts, skills and interests lie in worship and pastoral care.

I reside in the Anola/Oakbank area on 5 acres with my husband and 2 dogs, Proxy and Ella (German Shorthaired Pointers).  I have 3 adult married children; Charlene (Corey), Curtis (Tiffany), Carrie (Patrick). My 6 grand children live in the Roblin area. They are from the ages of 7-16. I also have a grandbaby “Maine Coon Cat” that is 35lbs

My life and my call is not only to Diaconal ministry within congregations, but to the nurture of all life that surrounds us. I love my garden, pets, family life and church. It is with love and compassion that I offer my gifts, skills and listening ears in team ministry with St. Paul’s United Church.
